How does HydraLips work?
The HydraLips treatment follows a multi-step process to rejuvenate and deeply hydrate the lips:
- Cleansing & exfoliation – the lips are gently cleansed, and a specialized exfoliating product is applied to remove dead skin cells and prepare the lips for treatment.
- Hydration & plumping – microneedles deliver hyaluronic acid and nourishing active ingredients deep into the lips, improving moisture, volume, and softness from within.
- Deep hydration & collagen boost – a hydrating mask locks in moisture, followed by a collagen-stimulating product to promote firmness and long-lasting hydration.
As a result, the lips appear plumper, smoother, and more hydrated, enhancing their natural softness and overall health.

Are there any side effects?
HydraLips is a gentle and safe treatment, and side effects are usually minimal and temporary. Some clients may experience mild redness, swelling, or slight sensitivity in the lips immediately after the procedure, but these typically subside within 1–2 days.
How many treatments are needed, and how often?
For long-lasting results, we recommend a series of 3 treatments spaced 14 days apart. Results are often visible after the first session, with the lips looking more hydrated and soft
Maintenance treatments can be done according to individual needs to keep the lips’ hydration and fullness at an optimal level
Contraindications
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Active skin infections
- Open wounds or skin irritations
- Recent injectables, fillers, or laser treatments — wait 2 weeks
- Known allergies (please inform us)
- Tendency to keloid or hypertrophic scarring
- Cancer
- Blood clotting disorders or use of blood-thinning medications
- Uncontrolled diabetes or autoimmune diseases
Post-Treatment Care
- Apply a high-SPF sunscreen or minimize sun exposure.
- Use only gentle lip care products during the healing process.
- Avoid strenuous activities for a 2 days.
- Avoid saunas and steam rooms for one week.
- Refrain from touching your lips on the day of the treatment.
- Avoid kissing for at least 24–48 hours.
